7.8/10
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room I stayed in was small, located right next to the lobby on the 15th floor with a beautiful view, and provided me with the best night's sleep, the closet space was impractical and limited. The location was convenient for exploring Knoxville but had some issues with accessibility. The service I received was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to correct an issue during my stay. The dining options were satisfactory, although somewhat overpriced. The facilities met my needs during my visit.

The hotel's location in the center of Knoxville was convenient for exploring the downtown market center with its variety of restaurants. While the proximity to Starbucks was a plus, the accessibility in and out of the hotel could be improved.
Dining

The dining options at the hotel were satisfactory and included in the rate, although some items seemed overpriced. I appreciated the availability of fresh pastries during my stay.

The hotel rooms were super clean and comfy but extremely loud during checkout. The service was friendly and helpful, especially in arranging transportation. The location was central and convenient for exploring the market square and downtown area on foot. The dining options were overpriced but added a nice touch to the stay. Overall, a mixed experience with some positive and negative aspects.
